MIKE AND JESS' TRAVEL DIARY

The parents picked us up from the hotel to get some breakfast. They took us to a restaurant that is owned by one of my Dad’s friends. It was an English restaurant, so we got some Full English breakfasts.

 

Afterwards, we headed to a local grocery store to pick up what we would need for the BBQ planned for later in the day. We drove to his house about 20 minutes away. AT the house, we prepare a meal of homemade Thai food, grilled meats and enjoy some breads bought at the store.

 

Very close to his house was a food market. Rows of cooked food, raw meats, and produce are sold. We are the only foreigners here. We finally got to see a true Thai food market. We bought some grilled pork and fruits and head back to the house.
